The one-hour documentary begins in the Fall of 2011 as Demi prepares to face life post-rehab and embark on her first tour in recovery. The MTV special will premiere Tuesday, March 6th at 10PM ET/PT on MTV.

All set for her International travels, Demi Lovato was spotted making her way inside LAX Airport in Los Angeles, CA on Thursday afternoon (February 2). The “Skyscraper” singer rocked a hot, red hairdo as she strutted past paparazzi and inside the metro terminal to board a flight bound for the South America country of Chile.
Demi is lined up to take the stage on Saturday (February 4) during the Iquique Festival in Iquique, Chile.
Ending her hiatus from Twitter this past Monday to announce the concert plans, the 19-year-old excitedly wrote,
“Don’t believe the hype…. All is well! SO stoked to head to Chile in a few days!!! Love all my Lovatics… MUAH!

Demi Lovato told Britain’s Glamour: ‘Right now I don’t need to get in front of a TV camera which adds 10 pounds and makes you feel more self- conscious about your body image. Being on camera makes me nervous. It takes a level of confidence and security which I’m still working on. When I’m ready I’ll find the right role and get back into it, but for now I’m being cautious. I’m walking with my head held high, but I never forget that I’m a work in progress.
On rehab: ‘I had 14 hours of therapy every day, so I definitely learned a lot about myself. For the first 48 hours I wasn’t allowed any communication with my friends or family, a lot of people give up and check themselves out, but I made it and I’m proud of myself.’

For Demi Lovato’s comeback album after a stint in rehab for emotional and physical issues, Unbroken showed the world that while she was still in recovery, she certainly wasn’t broken. Her fans embraced the album and it reached the number one spot on the iTunes Top Albums chart immediately. With her hit song “Skyscraper,” Lovato accessed the emotional side of her voice and proved that this album made her shine like a skyscraper.

I cannot believe it is almost Christmas! I’m headed to Dallas in a few days so I can spend Christmas in my hometown and I am really excited. I’m also very excited to have a week off. I am going to relax and spend time with my family. When I go to Texas for the holidays I stay in my childhood room which makes me really nostalgic. I have lived in that house since I was a toddler and there are so many memories there. I also am thrilled to head to New York City for New Year’s Eve in Times Square! I cannot believe I get to co-host MTV’s NYE with Tyler Posey and perform my new single,’Give Your Heart a Break.’ & I am so excited to share this song with all my fans. Also to be in Times Square watching the ball drop at midnight is surreal. & I am really lucky to be in the place I am this holiday season.

I’ve had difficult holidays myself and I hope everyone out there who is struggling this holiday season can reach out and talk to someone about whatever hardships they may be experiencing.
